What information do you need to look up a part?
  • The vehicle identification number.

If you don t stock the part, how long will it take to get here?
  • Normally 1 - 2 business days.

I bought this part but it didn t fix the problem, can I return it?
  • Parts that have not been installed are returnable (a restocking fee applies to special order parts) with the exception of electrical parts. Electrical parts are non-returnable.

Do you sell tires?
  • Yes, we offer a full line of tires from most of the major tire manufacturers.

What is the warranty on GM parts?
  • The warranty is 1 year for over the counter sales (part only). Any GM part installed in our shop is covered for 1 year or 20,000 km (parts and labor)
