Do you only fix GM products?
  • We repair and refinish ALL makes and models of vehicles.
Do I have to repair my car where the insurance company says?
  • It is your vehicle; you have the right to have it repaired at the Body Shop of your choice.
Do I need more than one estimate?
  • Your Insurance company may assess the damages or you can receive an estimate from the Body Shop of your choice.
Do I need a police sticker?
  • Only when damages exceeds $1000.00
If I repair my GM vehicle at a non-GM body shop how will this affect my warranty?
  • Non GM parts are not covered under your GM Warranty.
  • Having your GM vehicle repaired at a General Motors shop ensures that genuine GM parts are used and installed by certified GM trained technicians.
If my vehicle is painted, what kind of warranty coverage does the paint job have?
  • We offer lifetime paint warranty.
