I started at Westgate Chevrolet in February 1984 in the used car department in sales. After 27 years in various positions at the dealership including my present job I must say that I have made a lot of friends both with many of the thousands of customers I have met and many fantastic staff members. I have been married to my wonderful wife Bev for 30 years so it's safe to say I am a "lifer" in work and marriage and hope to continue the streak for many years. Working for a great owner like Gordon Gent with a company that has given much back to the community, is very fortunate indeed.

I have 33 years selling experience with 22 of those years at The Chevy Farm. Servicing our commercial and lease customers is a very important part of our business. My philosophy is that our commercial and lease customers should be, and are, our partners in business. The corner stone of our business is fair consistent pricing and outstanding after sales service. As a result of this business practice, some of my closest friends are also customers.
 
Away from the office I'm a hockey fan and still playing Old-timers Hockey. It's funny, a hockey career goes like this: When you're young you're pretty good, from there you go to, the older I get the better I was, then you get to an age where you can't remember if you were any good or not. That's the stage I'm at.

May (she is the dog) and I joined Westgate Chevrolet in June 2011. I have been in the Automotive Industry since 1987. I started as a Greeter, sold New as well as Used cars and then moved into the Finance Office as a Financial Services Manager where I have remained.
I volunteer for Dogs with Wings Service Dog Society (where May came from) I also support CKUA Radio Canada's oldest Public Broadcaster. I love to cook AND eat...lol I am an avid reader and enjoy music of all kinds. I am married with a son in theater school in Montreal and our home usually has three dogs in it!
May brings boundless enthusiasm to work every day...could be the treats she gets! May worked briefly as a companion to a child with Autism so she is also a very calming influence around the dealership. Customers and staff alike adore her.
I have never worked anywhere with such integrity and regard for staff as well as Customers. I count myself fortunate to have found such a great home for May and myself!
